Executive Coaching for Horsham Professionals
Horsham's professional community includes senior leaders in financial services, insurance, healthcare, engineering, and professional services, the same sectors Peter Craen has spent 40 years working in. That sector familiarity matters in a coaching relationship.
Peter offers executive coaching, leadership development, career transition coaching, burnout recovery, and mentoring to clients across Horsham. Sessions are held in person locally or by video call, whichever works best for you.
Peter's coaching is built on real commercial experience, not just coaching theory. He has led teams in large organisations, navigated redundancy and restructure, and experienced burnout personally. He understands what senior professionals face because he has faced it himself.
